Introduction and Definitions

cm44 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document sets out all legal terms governing the use of the platform.

Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. Giving anyone else access to the account or sharing the password is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement to use this bonus is 10 times the total bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are only usable for gaming on the platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any withdrawal request before the wagering requirements are met will cancel the entire bonus.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each bonus offer will have a set expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

VIP Programme

Regular members can participate in three VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%, Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%, Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%. Moving to a higher tier depends on overall activity and engagement on the platform. cm44 reserves the right to change the VIP tier criteria at any time.

Bonus Abuse

If it is proven that a member has abused bonus benefits (multiple accounts, providing false information, etc.), cm44 has the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings earned, and to close the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

All gaming activities on cm44 are conducted on the basis of fair play. Game results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial.

Betting Limits

• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game interface.

Technical Errors
